Great FWOW,guys, but I think that these movements should be done more slowly, because Teshia is very flexible, but maybe many people can’t do it at this speed.Anyway it is great idea to post Teshia’s Fwows.Thank you very much,Teshia :)

Teshia is inspiring me to practice my yoga. I thought I was pretty flexible but am having a really hard time with these poses!  Need more time… Would love to have some easier exercises that stretch me and help me to work towards these final movements… I had to give up on this too early.

there’s on thing that’s driving me CRAZY here.  tashia, as an instructor, i can’t help but notice that you spend quite a bit of time checking yourself out in the mirror.  there are some exercise formats in which that makes some sense, but with yoga, there really should be no mirror, not for you, nor for your students.  it really takes something away from the mind/body connection that we should be working on here.
my suggestion is to move away from that mirror so that you are not tempted to look.

i love that there is yoga now. and i think that the real time is necessary, unless you do it alot, it gets very confusing, my only gripe, lets make the yoga portions longer please! 15min would be good, even longer would be better!

Hi, I’ve asked questions to BR several times previously. I was wondering why I never get answers.

  • Amanda

I’m down to 150 from 275 thanks to Bodyrock! Keep on track and push yourself; it’s possible!

Hi Serena, what did you do for weightloss? Just follow the video to workout or you have selected a few exercises? Could you please share your experiences here?
