I’m All Yours Workout

Hi BodyRockers – Sean here :)

Freddy is on a secret BodyRock Mission in Toronto so I will be writing today’s post :)

I wanted to touch on being yourself, accepting who you are, and being comfortable in your own skin.  Lately I have gone through several tough life lessons that have taught me the importance of not compromising on my values and who I am as a person.  Sometimes being true to yourself is not an easy task. That struggle is part of the journey of discovering your truth and claiming it as your own.  It’s also about repeating those around you in your inner circle that have invested the years of love and support in you to impart all of those special qualities that make each of us who we are. I owe so much to my parents and family for the gifts that have made me the guy I am today. Compromising yourself or choosing to accept behaviours or circumstances that are less than you deserve is like cashing out the investment in love and support that all of those people have made in me and selling it on the cheap. We all deserve to be treated well.

Live by choice, not by chance, to make changes, not excuses, to be motivated, not manipultaed, to be useful, not used. Choose self esteem, not pity. Choose to listen to your inner voice, not the random opinion of others.

Best,

Sean Freddy Lisa Lish & Teshia

I liked when the workouts were simple and we werent just trying to fit in as many different exercises as we can. It just makes it confusing. And how do you calculate you rreps??
