     Hi Lish and team Bodyrock!

Great workout and I love the music at the beginning.  The cutting and music kind of reminds me of another person’s workouts, but it was fun and seemed to work.

     Hi Guest,

So you think Bodyrock isn’t superior to any competitor and therefore has no worries when compared?

Should I bother to point out they have ads above often advertizing other fitness programs and indorsing products I would hope they do not themselves indorse.

I find it interesting that the original post liked by 48 some odd folks is deleted yet a slightly rude reply is keep.  Exactly how is this positive?  Some folks are not moderated and once unmoderate it would seem can’t be change back to moderated.  So they delete their post.  Probably like they will this one.

I’ts very simple: a viewer who advertises another fitness channel in this (or in any other) site is plain rude. You would not appreciate this behaviour if you saw it in another fitness channel so it’s strange that you are defending it here.

Sean – I love your workouts! You’re always so positive, and definitely made me laugh today. Thank you for all that you guys do! =D

Hi BodyRockers! Every time I do switch lunges with any type of weight in my hand my knees end up feeling very strained. Am I just using too much weight? I make sure my knees stay in line with my toes and do not go forward (90 degree angle). Do you have any suggestions of what may be the issue? Loving our newest trainer Lish! Happy BR-ing! xo

I did this workout today using a 4lb medicine ball. I toughed through it, even during round 3 when I wanted to drop that ball! My knee started to tweak a bit, so I had to cut out the jump switch lunges and just step them out really fast.

    1) 3, 2.5, 3
    2) 3.5, 3, 2
    3) 3, 3, 3
