Sexy Satisfaction Workout

Hi BodyRockers,

Lisa is back to train with us and she will be leading some killer fat destroying routines as we gear up for September. You could say that we are in pre-season training right now, starting to get back into how we roll here on BodyRock for September.

If you are looking to get started with us now is really the opportune time because from September we are going to absolutely smash it together. The key is just to give it a go.

Start moving now so that when the pedal hits the metal you will already be dialled in. We are setting our sights on getting lean and strong, and each step in our journey is just 12 minutes a day.

Meet us in the living room and lets do this.

Workout Break Down:

Set your interval timer to 12 minutes. 50 Seconds Work / 10 Second Rest minute rest in between rounds.

1) Press & Kick – Using the BodyRock Equalizer

2) Squat & Punch

3) V Ab – Roll

4) Squat, Press & Tuck – Using the Pink Sandbag

    Lisa, I think you are more fit right now then I’ve ever seen you. Your tan is super dark and it really brings out your muscle definition. You look fabulous. I can’t do the high impact exercises right now because I had knee surgery 3 months ago and its been a slow and painful recovery, but I love watching your videos. You really inspire me to keep doing what I can to stay in shape. Great job.

    Hey Lisa long time no see! I’m not one to pick favorites but I’ve got to admit…I prefer watching your workouts and videos because you’re so fit and sexy that I can’t help but drag my ass off the couch and get to bodyrocking myself (can you tell that this is like my first comment ever?)! Sometimes it’s difficult cause I’m in sec 5 now and my homework, and projects just seem to pile up non-stop! But I do my best and either pull myself out of bed early in the morning or after an all-nighter before a big exam. I’ve gotten so into it now that whenever I’m working out, the voice motivating me and pushing me onward in my head isn’t mine…but yours :D
