2. Push-up Roll & Plank Knee to Elbow Abs – using or the Ugi ball
3. 4 Tuck Abs, 4 Ski Abs, 4 In & Outs & 8 Mountain Climbs
4. Straigh Arm Lift & Criss Cross Jumping Jacks – using or the Ugi ball.
