Day 2: Sexy Steamy Fitness Workout

Hi BodyRockers,

Why all the provocative titles? Because we are taking an irreverent, playful approach to fitness and our bodies. We believe that the human form is beautiful and should be celebrated. Besides, it’s more fun an interesting to say “I’m doing the Sexy Steamy Workout tonight” than saying “I’m going to Spin”. Spice it up a little people this is BodyRock, not your grandmothers step class :) BodyRock is fit & sexy and thats the way it’s gonna be!

Set your interval timer to 12 minutes. 50 Seconds Work / 10 Second Rest minute rest in between rounds.

1. 4x side abs & 4 Side out jump – using or the Ugi ball

2. Push-up Roll & Plank Knee  to Elbow Abs – using or the Ugi ball

3. 4 Tuck Abs, 4 Ski Abs, 4 In & Outs & 8 Mountain Climbs

4. Straigh Arm Lift & Criss Cross Jumping Jacks – using or the Ugi ball.

      I don’t hate sexy titles either.Doing HOT SEXY BUTT workout makes you work even harder because somewhere deep in your mind you think I AM GONNA HAVE A HOT SEXY BUTT AFTER THIS :)))

      I assume it’s a response to a post I made yesterday, referring to a conversation on one of BR’s Facebook pages, in which the employee of a Christian fitness shop said it was a shame he can’t recommend the website to customers because of the workout titles. The reply was something along the lines of titles now being worked on to avoid that, if I understood it correctly, so I said yesterday that the title of the day made me laugh in light of that FB conversation. I couldn’t care less about the workout titles, but I thought it a bit of a shame that the guy was told one thing on FB, then a different general message goes out on this website. Just to give you a bit of background re that subject. Cx

    Thanks guys for another great workout! I was just wondering if we could have a butt intensive workout one of these days. I have a veery big butt and it needs lots of work to stay toned. I’ve noticed a lot of the workouts lately have been focusing on the core, which is awesome, but I miss my butt killer workouts too.

    Hey guys….well I have to admit it’s been quite some time since I’ve posted anything on this site let alone my scores for these workouts. I’ve been around, checking in from time to time, mostly following on FB. I’ve noticed a lot of the ‘ol school body rockers I used to banter with back and forth have given up or just left completely, which is maybe why I stayed away for so long. However, I’m going to make an effort to start posting again and get to know some of the new BodyRockers..and I’ll start with this beauty.

    I pushed myself a little extra today and these last 15 minutes have left me in a full body sweat…from head to toe! The 12 minute and Abs bonus were 2 great workout, so thanks guys :)

    My scores are as follows for the 12 min wo:

    1~ 5,6,4 (used a 10lb weight)
    2~16,17,16
    3~ 2,2.5,2.5
    4~ 25,19,26

    Ab Bonus:

    1~ 23
    2~ 25
    3~ 20

    I love you guys. I am pushing 50 and nowhere near sexy but I gotta admit when I tell people at work what I did for a work out they perk their ears up.

    I think it’s beyond ridiculous that people are bashing the titles and whining that they can not recommend this site because of it. Grow up! If you don’t like it then leave! No one asked you to be here. This is their niche which makes them unique and clearly TONS of other people rather enjoy it. If you don’t like it change the damn channel :)
