Fruit and Vegetable Fiesta Salad (1 serving)

1 cup sliced strawberries 1 cup diced cantaloupe 1/2 cucumber, diced
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
1 lime to be used for zest of lime and lime juice 1 teaspoon grape seed oil
1⁄2 tablespoon fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Combine strawberries, cantaloupe, cucumber and bell pepper in a bowl. Grate lime zest over salad and squeeze juice. Add basil, cinnamon and salt and pepper to taste.
