I just wanted to send you this little note. To thank you for all the workouts you have posted for free for this awesome community of people. My weight loss journey began just over a year ago. I came to terms that I was not being a “great” mother because I was letting my laziness get in the way. I decided to do something about it. I first started PINK method which lead me to a better and healthier/cleaner eating lifestyle, along with working out again. Being an avid basketball player my whole life and then having a baby and letting my body get out of shape really made me sad/depressed. Anyway after 3 months of PINK method and working out my body hit a plateau, no more weight was coming off and I had only lost about 30 pounds (your probably saying AMAZING right now ) But I wanted more!! So I did what most people do I hopped on-line and started searching for free workouts that people had already posted so the guessing work was already done for me. What did I happen upon?!? dailyhitt.com of course. AND IT CHANGED MY LIFE! Ever since June 2012.
p.s. I have included pictures of before and after. Also you may share this email with whoever I have no secrets, and who knows my story may inspire those who want to give up the push to keep going!
