    I think a cool thing for the new website would be to have a list of just different moves, I like making my own BR workouts up but sometimes I need inspiration or reminders for a move or two.

    REALLLY like the pictures to go with the workout!! Nice to not have to watch the whole video to get the workout. I do my workouts at the gym at work. So I jot them down at my desk before running to the gym. Not exactly work legal to be watching videos on my work PC! So this let’s me get it fast and I’m not paranoid someone is going to walk by! Thanks!!!

    I have been Bodyrocking for alomst a year now and have a question whether the new website will have the diet tips /challenges on it, like you do on Facebook ? I am not on Facebook (nor do I want to be) and would really like to access all the same info I could if I were. Thanks for your time, love your work!!!!!!!

    I’m sorry but I HATE the new way you guys are designing the videos… Its so much more enjoyable to workout right with you guys for 12 minutes rather than see the exercises first for only one minute and then have to try to do them alone. I don’t even have a timer… I just hope you guys can make more of the videos where we can workout with you because its so much more motivating. I love everything body rock and lisa marie but please go back to the way the videos were before :(

    Ok, so I need some help with motivation. 
    I haven’t been working out for the past two months (injury) and now that I need to get back into it, I find myself scared that I’m going to re injure myself. I try my best to start a workout, but its just in the back of my head: What if I hurt myself again? 
    I need to get past this somehow, I know just to start at a slow pace and make modifications but once I finish my warm up I just can’t seem to get past that.
