One of the most frequently asked questions from newbies is how do I get started? We put together this page as a quick start guide for people new to the site.

What is BodyRock.Tv?

BodyRock.Tv is a free fitness blog focused on helping people from all walks of life get into shape at home (or wherever you happen to be). Most days between Monday – Friday we update with either a workout routine or an exercise challenge that you can try.  The best way to start is to follow our workout schedule, and check in on the site each day.

How can I follow you guys so I don’t miss a new workout or diet challenge? Is there a way to subscribe?

When we update the site we always announce it first on our Facebook page – so if you are looking for the best way to keep up with all of the new workouts and diet posts you can “like” BodyRock.Tv here and you will always be alerted to all of our new updates.

How do I follow the workouts from home?

Each workout or challenge is explained in a number of ways so that you can easily follow along. First watch the video and then carefully read the post and the workout breakdown and any accompanying photos. We try to always provide beginner variations or alternate moves for those of you who are just starting out. If you are unable to do an exercise, don’t worry :) just choose an alternate from any of our older posts.

If you have a question or comment please feel free to post it – but please be aware that there can be a delay for moderation. If you don’t see your comment right away please don’t panic!

What Equipment do I need?

We tend to focus on Bodyweight exercises – but we do use a few pieces of equipment on a regular basis to up the challenge and maximize the fat burning and toning benefits of our routines:

What do I eat?

We have a series of Diet Challenges, tips and recipes on the site – we suggest that newbies start with Challenge #1. Our diet tips help you make small and manageable shifts in your diet approach that will support your training and your body composition goals in a healthy, sustainable way. How do I get motivated?

If you are looking for some added motivation, take some time and scan through our BodyRockers section here. Here you will find incredible testimonials from BodyRockers all over the world who have gotten into the best shapes of their lives by following our workouts and shine as positive examples and inspiration for those just starting the journey towards health and fitness.
