Hi guys,

We have been married for 3 years and blogging for two. We both love to travel and enjoy all the simple good things that life has to offer. We like to blog about how we keep in shape, the foods that we eat and the beautiful places that we explore. Zuzana is a certified personal trainer and fitness enthusiast and her approach to fitness is very simple. She shares the home workouts that we both do at home on a daily basis (yes these workouts are for guys too) so that you can do them at home as well.

You can choose any workout that you find in the home workouts category and try it. Do a different workout every single day. There is no pattern or exact order in which you should be choosing these workouts – you can start anywhere. Even beginners can modify these routines and exercises to make them work for their fitness level. The important thing is just to start and be consistent. As you begin to move your body on a daily basis you will very quickly develop the strength, flexibility and balance that you need to do these workouts as shown in the videos.

All of the workouts are bodyweight workouts which means that you don’t need any gym equipment. All of the workouts are short but very intense which means that if you push hard and give each workout your maximum effort then you can save yourself time, money and achieve incredible results – all from home.

Make your home workouts a part of your lifestyle and start to pay more attention to what you are eating.

Our diet approach is just as simple as our approach to working out. We take pleasure in the foods that we eat and we enjoy eating real, fresh foods prepared simply with just a few basic ingredients. Our main discipline is avoiding processed foods as much as possible. We keep our meals fresh, simple and very tasty. We like to share our simple to prepare recipes in the food and diet section of our site.

We don’t believe in taking “fitness” supplements of any kind. No powders, no pills – save your money and buy good quality fresh food. It’s that simple.

We travel and move around quite a bit because Zuzana is from the Czech Republic and I am Canadian. There has been a lot of back and forth between Europe and Canada. We have not decided yet where we want to live. Maybe we both enjoy being gypsies a little bit too much to settle down in one place just yet :) We are definitely planning on having a family one day (maybe soon) but until then we are happy just to travel around and explore this big beautiful planet of ours. We are on a quest to find the perfect place to settle down and have kids.
