I'm a stay at home mom who teaches fitness classes part time. I have two girls ages 7 and almost 4. I want to be their role model on all levels! I am a certified trainer, yoga instructor, Kettlebell instructor, PiYo instructor and Life Coach. I'm working on my Precision One Nutrition Certification. I used to fix computers for a living and did so for 10 years, but I was always involved in working out. I used to do step classes, dabbled in running, biking, and even swimming. I always loved weight training. I got into an accident and hurt my back, knee and even needed surgery to fix my balance from a head injury. I found yoga to help with my balance and LOVED it. Shortly thereafter I found Kettlebells, CrossFit and Bodyrock - I adored all of it. Working out makes me feel empowered. This feeling carries over into my every day activities, my decisions, and positively affects the ones around me. Getting my daily dose of activity is my medicine. It calms me. It soothes me. It helps me stay healthy and most importantly helps me be able to keep up with my kids.
