Hi Bodyrockers,

We would like to say sorry for posting a day late, unfortunately our Toronto trip co in-sided with one of Freddy’s Family Members having to be rushed into hospital. Please send Freddy’s family your prayers, support and love.

Because of this we didn’t have time to get yesterdays workout edited in time so we will post it for you next week :) … don’t worry tho.. we don’t stop BodyRocking… Heres a Cheeky 600 Rep Workout to complete that will push you hard and keep you on track :).
