This is a wonderful series for anyone getting into shape for the first time, or getting back into high intensity interval training (HIIT) after an absence. Deanna, who was an avid BodyRocker we decided to spotlight with her own series, is an excellent trainer to get you motivated. HIIT is 9 times more effective than running or biking, and it burns 12 calories a minute.

This is a 5 Day Challenge that consists of daily main workouts, and extra "burnouts" to target trouble areas each day. Deanna will do the full workouts with you, walking you through the moves and teaching you as she goes!
