Being a BodyRocker is a lifestyle choice. We live and breathe fitness, healthy lifestyle, nutrition, and fun! We support each other in tough times, share our successes, bare our souls, and motivate our community to be the best we can be.

There are many ways to get started as a BodyRocker, it’s different for every one of us, but these are the steps we recommend:

  1. Get on our BodyRock Member List – It’s absolutely free and we’ll share daily workouts with you, along with great content tailored for your personal needs. You’ll see the sign up at the bottom of this page. We just need your name and email, but you’ll have the opportunity to fill out your profile and choose what content you want to see!
  2. Join our Facebook page – With over 1.7 million BodyRockers, it is by far the most diverse and supportive community available. Get direct access to our trainers and experienced BodyRockers, ask questions, and find the motivation to achieve your goals!
  3. Follow us on our other Social Network pages – You’ll see them all at the top of the page, so pick the ones that you already use and join up. We post different content on each one, so it’s a great way to stay in touch with all the ways we BodyRock every day.
  4. Purchase our Guides  – We have digital downloads available that cover everything from nutrition to recipes to living a healthy lifestyle, to specific body part sculpting. We are updating them and adding more all the time, so keep an eye out!
  5. Take a Challenge – All of our Challenges are free! You just sign up and we will send you daily emails with a video workout, some motivational help, and a breakdown of each of the workouts. We recommend starting with one of the two below, depending on your current level.
