Today’s workout is brought to you by Edith using resistance bands for strength. If you don’t have a partner don’t worry you can use a wall or just a free weight.

For each workout, go as heavy as you can & push as hard as you can through each round until the final BEEP.

Workout Breakdown:

Set your Interval Timers to 50 seconds work & 10 seconds rest. Complete the following circuit 3x through.

  1. Two Step With Rotation – Left
  2. Anti Rotation Static Hold – Left
  3. Two Step With Rotation – Right
