It’s day 3 of abs! Are you feeling the burn? Today’s workout is Tabata style. It consists of two exercises that will most definitely strengthen your core. You can do it!!

For each workout, go as heavy as you can & push as hard as you can through each round until the final BEEP.

Workout Breakdown:

Set your interval timers to 20 seconds sork & 10 seconds rest. Complete the following circuit 3x through.
