The weekend is over and it’s time to get your butt back in gear!! Today is all about burning maximum calories in minimal time by doing this full body high-intensity interval training workout. Let’s start the week off strong!! You can do it!

For each workout, go as heavy as you can & push as hard as you can through each round until the final BEEP.

Workout Breakdown:

Set your interval timers to 50 seconds work & 10 seconds rest. Complete the following circuit 3x through.

  1. Single Lunge & Press – Left – ( Jump in Place )
  2. Swing Walk
  3. Single Lunge & Press – Right – ( Jump in Place )
  4. Goblet Squat & Upright Row
