Get ready to pour everything you got into a Tabata style back and chest workout using resistance bands along with some push ups! After three times through with these exercises your muscles will feel the burn!

For each workout, go as heavy as you can & push as hard as you can through each round until the final BEEP.

Workout Breakdown:

Set your interval timers to 20 seconds work & 10 seconds rest. Complete the following circuit 6x through.
