Welcome to BodyRock Elevate. These are short sharp workouts guaranteed to build lean muscle and burn fat fast.

Love them or love to hate them, squats are one of the best exercises for increasing strength and size, while burning fat. Lisa will help you look hot from behind with these four booty-boosting exercises. Don’t forget to add extra weight by wearing your BodyRock Vest!

For each workout, go as heavy as you can & push as hard as you can through each round until the final BEEP.

Workout Breakdown:

Set your Interval Timers to 50 seconds work & 10 seconds rest. Complete the following circuit 3x through.

  1. Squat Lunge
  2. 3 x Pulse Jumps
  3. Squat Jump – Touch Toes
  4. Wide Squat & Side Kick
