Todays Motivation:

People who haven’t exercised in years – or even decades? I can’t tell you guys how many people have written in to tell us that their initial reaction was one of skepticism. “I can’t do that it’s too hard – it’s impossible”… but those same people found the minerals inside to just give it a try and now are full fledged BodyRockers.

We have started to include more modifications for beginners to help out new BodyRockers and those of you that don’t have access to the equipment that we use. Go HERE for ideas.
