Todays Motivation:

Pay attention to where you are!
It’s easy to miss out on all of the extraordinary in the ordinary surroundings of our lives. Put your phone down for a second and actually try fully engaging with and listening to those around you. Don’t be annoyed that your mom texts you too much. It’s amazing to have someone in your life that loves you that much. Taste your food don’t just scoff it down. Enjoy the sunlight. It gets dark earlier now. Walk don’t drive. Take the stairs and be thankful your body can power you over even simple obstacles that serve as an unforgiving barrier to so many. Be kind when it would be easy to be sharp. Say your sorry when you are selfish, then take a minute and think of others. Unless what your about to say is kind – just keep quiet. Say thank you. Hold the door. Make eye contact. Whisper a few words of gratitude when you step across the threshold of your doorway. Tell someone right now how much you love them. Enjoy moving your body. Feel the sweat trickle down and know that every part of you originated in the dust of stars that lived and died billions of years ago. Choose wonder over fear. Never stop being curious. Enjoy your workout, and know we are thankful to have you with us.
