I am loving the chance to do these videos again; realizing I’m better at most of the balance moves than the first time around.

Todays Motivation:

This is your life – right now. It’s started. The timer is running. So if you are one of those people that are waiting for something to begin, waiting for the ‘right time’ or ‘perfect moment’ news flash – it’s been game on since you drew your first breath.
It’s mid-November. If you started today, as in NOW, you could already be so far towards your fitness goals by January 1st, that you could be 5-10 pounds down by New Years Day, rocking a new found sense of strength and confidence by the time the resolution crowd wakes up covered in pizza crumbs with a hangover.


Take some of that lazy angst – that angry frustration you have felt from repeatedly procrastinating till next Monday, next week, next month, the spring, January 1st – all the false starts that have come and gone for YEARS and propel yourself forward and take ACTION. Today. Now.
Don’t lie to yourself about ‘New Year, New You’ – sorry that’s bullshit. If you want to make serious changes, if you want face off with a goal as big and audacious as getting in the best shape of your life, then pull the trigger today, because tomorrow is a lie we keep telling ourselves to push back on the pain of selling our goals and our dreams down the river. 


Let’s have some god damn integrity with ourselves – let’s drop a set and exercise enough self-control to take action and push play on today’s workout. 1 rep per exercise is more honest that telling ourselves we will start tomorrow.
