Saying this only causes more questions, a series of rude comments, and then leads your partner into thinking you actually don't care. 3. “We need to talk.” Nope. 4. “I’m fine.” Everyone knows this actually means that you’re not fine, so stop lying. It's never going to work. 5. “It doesn’t matter.” Well, now you're just fishing. 6. “Your friend is really hot.” Gross. Please stop giving yourself a death wish. 7. “You don’t need to drink.” Excuse me? 8. “I’m too tired tonight.” There's no way you're too tired.
