These 11 Smoothie Bowls Are A Fresh Twist On Breakfast!
Smoothie bowls are your favourite smoothies in a luscious, colourful breakfast salad. These creative combos are all the rage on Instagram because of their photo-ready appearance. You can make pretty designs and customize your bowl however you like. To get some ideas, check out these delicious recipes below:
#1 Strawberries 'n Cream
1 cup frozen strawberries
½ cup yogurt
¼ cup milk
1 Tbsp. maple syrup, plus additional for drizzling
¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
½ cup cornflakes
5 strawberries, sliced
¼ cup blueberries
2 Tbsp. almonds
1 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
Blend strawberries, yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla. Then top with cornflakes, strawberries, blueberries, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and a hint of yogurt.
#2 Tropical Smoothie Bowl
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 banana
¼ cup coconut water
1 Tbsp. honey, plus additional for serving
¼ peach, thinly sliced
½ cup blackberries
2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
¼ cup puffed rice cereal, such as Rice Krispies
Blend pineapple, banana, coconut water, and honey. Then top with peaches, blackberries, sunflower seeds, and puffed rice cereal.
#3 Avo-Kale Smoothie
1 cup kale leaves
1 cup almond milk
1 banana, sliced
½ avocado
½ cup ice
1 Tbsp. agave syrup, plus additional for serving
½ cup raspberries
1 kiwi, sliced
1 tsp chia seeds
Blend kale leaves, almond milk, banana, avocado, ice, and agave syrup. Top with raspberries, banana, kiwi, chia seeds, and a drizzle of agave.

1 large banana
1 ½ cups raspberries
½ cup soy milk
½ cup ice
2 Tbsp. almond butter
1 Tbsp. honey, plus additional for drizzling
5 strawberries, sliced
¼ cup granola
2 Tbsp. shredded coconutBlend banana, raspberries, soy milk, ice, almond butter, and honey. Top with strawberries, raspberries, granola, coconut, and a drizzle of honey.

1 ½ cups frozen peaches
1 banana
½ cup orange juice
½ cup blackberries
½ cup blueberries
¼ cup walnuts
2 Tbsp. hemp seeds
Honey, for drizzling
Blend peaches, banana, and orange juice. Top with blackberries, blueberries, walnuts, hemp seeds, and honey.
#6 Berry Remix Smoothie
1 ½ cups frozen mixed berries
¼ cup pomegranate juice
¼ cup plain yogurt, plus additional for drizzling
½ cup blueberries
½ peach, sliced
2 Tbsp. dried mulberries
2 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds
Blend mixed berries, pomegranate juice, and yogurt. Top with blueberries, peach, mulberries, pumpkin seeds, and a drizzle of yogurt.
#7 Choco-Chunky Monkey Smoothie
1 cup almond milk
1 large banana, sliced
1 cup ice
2 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
2 Tbsp. cocoa nibs
2 Tbsp. granola
2 Tbsp. chopped peanuts
Blend almond milk, banana, ice, peanut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Top with banana, cocoa nibs, granola, and peanuts.
#8 Coconut Mango Smoothie
¾ cup frozen mango
¾ cup frozen pineapple
1 small banana
½ cup coconut water
¼ fresh mango
1 sliced kiwi
2 dates, torn
2 Tbsp. shredded coconut
Blend mango, pineapple, banana, and coconut water. Top with mango, kiwi, dates, and coconut.
#9 Ice Ice Baby Smoothie
1 cup baby spinach leaves
1 ½ cups blueberries
½ cup apple juice
½ cup ice
½ cup chopped pineapple
¼ cup puffed kamut cereal or puffed rice cereal, such as Rice Krispies.
2 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds
1 Tbsp. flax seeds
Honey, for drizzling
Blend baby spinach, blueberries, apple juice, and ice. Top with blueberries, puffed kamut cereal, flax seeds, pineapple, pumpkin seeds, and a drizzle of honey.
#10 Carrot Cake Smoothie
1 large banana
½ cup carrot juice
½ cup ice
4 medjool dates, pitted and torn
¼ tsp pure vanilla extract

¼ cup walnuts
2 Tbsp. shredded coconut
Blend banana, carrot juice, ice, dates, vanilla, and cinnamon. Top with coconut, walnuts, dates, and cinnamon.

1 3.5-ounce packet unsweetened açai
1 large banana
½ cup coconut water
2 Tbsp. chia seeds, divided
1 Tbsp. agave syrup, plus additional for serving
¼ cup dried mulberries
½ cup blackberries
¼ apple, thinly sliced
Blend açai, banana, coconut water, chia seeds, and agave syrup. Top with dried mulberries, blackberries, apple, and a drizzle of agave.
