12 Days of Christmas Workout Challenge - Day #10: Intermediate 300 Workout

For those who want to look ripped like the beasts in the 300 movie, you're going to love and hate today's workout! This is going to push your body HARD, but you'll love the way it feels when you're done!

Intermediate 300 Workout

Your goal is to do 300 reps total in your workout, and there is no rest between each movement. Talk about a fitness gauntlet!
  • Inverted Rows (25 reps)
  • Deadlifts (50 reps)
  • Push-Ups (50 reps)
  • Box Jumps (50 reps)
  • V-Ups (50 reps)
  • Dumbbell Push Presses (50 reps)
  • Pull-Ups (25 reps)
You should only do sets with 15 to 25 reps, so don't try to hammer out all of your reps in a single set. Divide it up into two or three sets as you see fit, and push yourself hard. Give your body 30 seconds of rest between each set, but move on to the next movement without a break. You'll feel the burn in no time!   No HIIT cardio today.
