Intermediate 300 Workout
Your goal is to do 300 reps total in your workout, and there is no rest between each movement. Talk about a fitness gauntlet!- Inverted Rows (25 reps)
- Deadlifts (50 reps)
- Push-Ups (50 reps)
- Box Jumps (50 reps)
- V-Ups (50 reps)
- Dumbbell Push Presses (50 reps)
- Pull-Ups (25 reps)
