12 Minute Total Body Equalizer Workout

I seriously LOVE my equalizer.  I recently made one from scratch using PVC pipe (http://www.dailyhiit.com/hiit-blog/?p=61711) So, I made a workout to go along with it that is sure to get your heart pumping and give you a total body workout in just 12 minutes. One of the main elements of interval training is to give it 100 percent the whole time you are doing the "work" routine.  You should be out of breath and unable to carry on a conversation while performing these exercises. lebert-equalizer_1024x1024

For this workout you will perform 50 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.  There are four exercises done for three rounds.
  1. Tricep Dips
  2. Elevated push-ups
  3. Elevated Leg Raises
  4. Speed Feet Work
