2 Ingredient Pancakes

Only two ingredients for your breakfast are needed. It´s gluten-free, high-protein, dairy-free & Paleo friendly. Super easy and made quickly. Serves: 2 Ingredients: 1 ripe banana 2 eggs Instructions: 1. Mash banana with a fork 2. Beat eggs fluffy in a separate bowl. 3. Mix both well. 4. Heat a pan and give a teaspoon coconut-oil into. 5. Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter. 6. Cook until you see bubbles upside. 7. Flip with spatula and cook for 30-60 seconds. Enjoy with berries & some chopped almonds.
