20 Minute Sandbag Tabata

The sandbag is one of the most versatile tools that you can use to help build overall and core strength.  Since it moves in all planes you have to engage your stabilizer muscles to control the bag. This enables you to get a great workout without ever having to leave your house. The same workout can also be done with a kettlebell, medicine ball, or dumbbells if you don’t have a sandbag.
