27 Struggles That Lactose-Intolerant People Know All Too Well

Whether you are dairy-free, lactose-free or casein-free...sometimes it just sucks. I personally went dairy/casein-free three years ago for health reasons and though my body is VERY happy I did so, I definitely have moments where it gets to me. There are some fantastic substitutes and replacements out there, and I fully support the overall health benefits of cutting such things out of your diet for a variety of reasons, but it's really hard to beat the real thing. So here are 27 Struggles That Lactose-Intolerant People Know All Too Well

Thanks for posting! I have started to notice that I get horrible stomach pains and feel like a rock is in my stomach since I was in college. It always happened after ice cream (which i LOVE) or pizza, and then I came to the conclusion it was because of cheese. So I have decided I have to go dairy free. https://www.ez.insure/2020/06/is-dairy-free-the-way-to-be/ – this article was helpful in showing the different options.
