Combine the Greek yogurt, banana protein and pudding mix. Set aside in refrigerator. 2. Using a separate bowl, combine egg whites, vanilla protein, coconut flour, almond milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix until smooth. 3. Heat a lightly greased skillet; pour approximately 3 tablespoons of batter into the center of the skillet. Lift and tilt the pan to evenly coat the bottom.
