Zuchinni Brownies

Ready in 30 min - makes 12 servings! INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 cups grated zucchini 1/2 cup almond butter 1/4 cup coconut oil 2 egg whites 1 scoop chocolate casein powder  1/4 cup cocoa powder 1/4 cup coconut flour 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt Natural sweetener to taste Dark chocolate chips to taste Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350° F. 2. Mix all ingredients together - adding the chocolate chips once all other ingredients have been blended until smooth 3. Pour mixture into a 9×9 greased baking dish 4. Bake for 25 minutes or until you can do the toothpick test (if the toothpick comes out clean they're done!) 5. Allow the brownies to cool overnight in the refrigerator.
