3 Grab 'n' Go Lunch Ideas
Ponti Glassa Gastronomica - might sound gross but it is really delicious and combined with the following lunch ideas - it is the perfect match
Looking for a few new ideas for healthy quick lunches, here are a few Vegetarian options that can easily accommodate a protein of your choice if you so desired. (Chicken breast, Salmon or Steak)
Separate each of the following in their own containers then grab ‘n’ go.
**Prepare all the night before so no need to think about lunch in the morning:
One:
- 1 small peeled boiled potato & 1 small peeled boiled sweet potato cool (place and seal in Tupperware)
- ½ of a large English cucumber drizzle with PONTI GLASSA
- 1 small Apple or Banana with 1 tbsp. peanut butter
- Water for your drink
- 2 hardboiled eggs (peel duh) chopped or whole (keep separate until ready to combine and eat)
- 1+ HUGE handful of Raw baby spinach
- ¼ cup of chopped walnuts
- Combine the above and enjoy drizzle PONTI GLASSA over it (when ready to eat)
- Water for your drink
- 1 cup of cooked brown rice or Quinoa (keep separate)
- Cooked ½ red pepper, ½ green pepper and 1 small onion(cook with EVO lightly season with sea salt, cool)
- When ready to eat top rice or quinoa with the veggies and drizzle PONTI GLASSA over both and enjoy
- Water for your drink
