3 Grab 'n' Go Lunch Ideas

(Chicken breast, Salmon or Steak) Separate each of the following in their own containers then grab ‘n’ go. **Prepare all the night before so no need to think about lunch in the morning: One:
  • 1 small peeled boiled potato & 1 small peeled boiled sweet potato cool (place and seal in Tupperware)
  • ½ of a large English cucumber drizzle with PONTI GLASSA
  • 1 small Apple or Banana with 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • Water for your drink
  • 2 hardboiled eggs (peel duh) chopped or whole (keep separate until ready to combine and eat)
  • 1+ HUGE handful of Raw baby spinach
  • ¼ cup of chopped walnuts
  • Combine the above and enjoy drizzle PONTI GLASSA over it (when ready to eat)
  • Water for your drink
  • 1 cup of cooked brown rice or Quinoa (keep separate)
  • Cooked ½ red pepper, ½ green pepper and 1 small onion(cook with EVO lightly season with sea salt, cool)
