3 Healthy snack options
Need some protein or healthy carbs on the quick? Try these easy creations!

Almond Yogurt by PhatBurn[/caption]
Almond Butter Yogurt
4-6 oz of low fat or fat free Greek yogurt
2.5 tsp almond butter of your choice
Mixed berries (optional)
Mix ingredients together vigorously and enjoy.

Low Carb Pickled Cukes[/caption]
Sweet and Sour Bell Peppers or Cucumbers
2 medium bell peppers or 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
2 Tsp raw honey
.5-1.0 cup Apple cider vinegar
Covered Dish
Place all liquid ingredients in dish, submerge slices of your choice, cover and shake vigorously. Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight. Strain and enjoy!
Power Pushing banana
1 medium to large banana
2 tsp almond butter
1 tsp honey
Slice banana and top with almond butter
Drizzle with honey and go make stuff happen!
