These 3 Ladies Each Lost Over 100 Pounds: Read Their Powerful Advice!

Losing weight is no easy task. For these 3 women, it was certainly a journey. These strong women shared their secrets to success with Cosmopolitan Magazine, and revealed inspiring tips and advice for those on their own weight loss journey.   1) Shanna Fichera, 28 weight loss success story Shanna lost 110 pounds. She transformed her life, but she started small. "I began walking or jogging for 15 minutes a day. I worked up to 30 minutes, and then increased it again. It was a very gradual process." Shanna says. "To lose the weight, I went from three large meals a day to six small meals, mostly made of fresh vegetable salads with lean meats and nuts." 2) Alyssa Ann Heidemann, 31 inspiration motivation Alyssa lost an incredible 131 pounds by making huge diet changes and learning to cook. "At my heaviest weight, my downfall was eating fast food on my way home from work at 9:30 or 10 p.m. Now I bring food and snacks to work so when I get home, I'm not starving and feel more in control." says Alyssa. "I cook most of my meals at home now. I bake fish with olive oil or make barbecue-style ground turkey." 3) Tanisha Shanee Williams, 30 dramatic real weight loss Tanisha lost 140 pounds and totally transformed her life. She learned to make physical activity fun, and how to snack smarter. "Being physically active has nothing to do with going to the gym." says Tanisha.
