3 Quickie Breakfast Ideas

Your coffee is made, your workout done (way to go) now the house is starting to wake up and the demands on you begin. But wait - you haven't had breakfast yet. Short on time and want bang for your buck?  Well why not try one of my favorite 3 SUPER quick & easy morning breakfast ideas.   Quick Oats with Peanut Butter (single serving)
  • Boil just over 1 cup of water
  • Stir in 3/4 cup of quick oats stir then remove from heat and cover (leave it for a few minutes to set)
  • Stir in 1 tbsp. of Peanut Butter (or Almond Butter) of your choice - Enjoy
  Egg White, Avocado & Salsa
  • Scramble a good cup of egg whites
  • To the eggs stir in 2 Tablespoons of store bought Salsa (I like mine Hot)
  • Cut up 1/2 an Avocado place on top of eggs - Enjoy
  That's a Wrap
  • 1 Large Whole Wheat wrap
  • Smear 1/2 of a lrg. Avocado onto the wrap
  • Add desired amount of raw baby spinach
  • Chop up a hand full of cherry tomatoes
  • Add Salsa of choice (Mild, Medium or Hot)
  • (add 1/4 cup of cheese if you so desire)
  • Roll & Go!!! Enjoy
  (no need to add salt to any of the above) These ideas aren't rocket science but they are quick and easy and really good for you. Let me know your easy "go to" breakfast ideas.
