3 Quickie Breakfast Ideas
Your coffee is made, your workout done (way to go) now the house is starting to wake up and the demands on you begin. But wait - you haven't had breakfast yet. Short on time and want bang for your buck? Well why not try one of my favorite 3 SUPER quick & easy morning breakfast ideas.
Quick Oats with Peanut Butter (single serving)
- Boil just over 1 cup of water
- Stir in 3/4 cup of quick oats stir then remove from heat and cover (leave it for a few minutes to set)
- Stir in 1 tbsp. of Peanut Butter (or Almond Butter) of your choice - Enjoy
- Scramble a good cup of egg whites
- To the eggs stir in 2 Tablespoons of store bought Salsa (I like mine Hot)
- Cut up 1/2 an Avocado place on top of eggs - Enjoy
- 1 Large Whole Wheat wrap
- Smear 1/2 of a lrg. Avocado onto the wrap
- Add desired amount of raw baby spinach
- Chop up a hand full of cherry tomatoes
- Add Salsa of choice (Mild, Medium or Hot)
- (add 1/4 cup of cheese if you so desire)
- Roll & Go!!! Enjoy
