3 Reasons to Show Off Your #Mombod Before It's Too Late

August is the last full month of summer, and before you know it, you'll be toting your kids off to school, running various errands in your workout attire, and covering up in your corporate clothes. The best part of this sticky hot season is that it makes you want to take it off! Your jeans, jackets and chunky sweaters take a backseat while you relish in the fact that barely there swimwear, halter tops and booty shorts are acceptable for several months at a time. You may be shaking your head in disbelief that you'd ever wear any of that ... but why not?! Just because you're a mother, have curves, or maybe even stretch marks, doesn't mean you should hide under layers of heat retaining clothing. This is  your time to let your body and your self-esteem shine. Hasn't anyone ever told you confidence is sexy? Here are the top three reasons you should embrace your #mombod for the rest of the summer season. 1. Your body is a temple. Think of all the things your body is capable of doing, and all of the things it has done. Why would you want to hide or under-appreciate that? You earned those stretch marks! 2. Self-acceptance looks good on you. Stop obsessing over what other people are thinking, especially on the beach, where most people are more worried about how they look as opposed to any stomach jiggle you have going on. Rock that bathing suit with confidence. 3. Eat well, move often Don't focus so much on your size as much as how you're treating yourself.
