30 Day BodyRock Challenge: Day #9

Hi BodyRockers! My goal for the day was to make and prep smoothie packs for my postpartum diet plan-and to make life a whole lot easier after my son arrives. I spent about an hour or so making around 50 packs of ready-to-go smoothie ingredients (bananas, strawberries, blueberries). All I'll have to do is dump, add water, and blend! I had also been prepping freezer meals for the crock pot for the last two months and I have around 20 of those to go as well. 1555305_496407863813749_1199760726_n Breakfast: I had two slices of my new Cinnamon Raisin Ezekiel bread and I loved it! I will certainly buy this again! I also had two scrambled eggs and an orange. Lunch: I made the BodyRock chicken lettuce wraps for lunch and they were absolutely amazing. For the hummus, I used the roasted red pepper flavor and sprinkled a little of cayenne pepper which added a nice kick! Dinner: I made BodyRock's Tandori Chicken from the 30 Day Challenge Diet Plan and added a side of Greek salad. Snacks: Mid-morning snack was a trio berry salad (blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries). Mid-noon snack was roasted red pepper hummus with baby carrots and a few homemade whole wheat pita chips. For my beverages, I have been making infused water here lately. I love lemon water the most! 1555305_496407863813749_1199760726_n For my daily workout, my husband and I went to the gym today for a nice and light cardio session. I completed around 45 minutes on the treadmill at a 3.0 pace and at a 3 incline. I am due in 7 days so I am focusing on lots of walking to help get things moving! I still perform a few kettlebell exercises every other day or so, but for the most part, I have saved that for my postpartum workout plan as I am so close to being due! I must say that at 39 weeks pregnant, I am feeling pretty good!
