30 Day Butt And Legs Tone Up Challenge
Are you up for an awesome pre-summer ass & legs sculpting 30 Day Challenge? Well here it is! Print out the calendar and follow all of the exercises listed below - its that easy - but be prepared to sweat!
If you are a beginner you can break up your daily exercise across the whole day - do sets of 10 or 20 whenever you get a minute, or blast all your reps out at the same time.
