Day 11 I enjoy waking up in the morning and working out right away but I work every weekend so today I had to wait until after work to do the challenge. I have a very active job on the weekends and I am on my feet for 8 hours. After work I was emotionally drained dealing with all different kinds of personalities all day long with co-workers and customers, I wanted to finish my workout so I could just relax. Day 11 proved to be a killer leg workout, by best friend texted me and told me it was hard on her legs and I understood as soon as I finished. My legs were so tired and my knees were bothering me. Even though most of this workout focused on the legs I liked the last move that focused on abs. “Crunch and Reach” worked my abs and I could feel it immediately. Each round my abs worked harder and harder. Today I put music on in the background to motivate me, I usually listen to some electronic dance music because it pumps me up but today I listened to some old-school rap. It was fun to hear songs from the past while doing the workout. I’m glad I have stuck with this workout, today was one of those days where I almost didn’t do the workout, I was tired and not motivated after work but I fought through it and finished. I also noticed how hungry I was after the workout; I hadn’t eaten enough throughout the day so I was starving after the challenge. Day 11 down only 20 days left, I have already seen so many changes in my body and I can’t wait to see how the next 11 days go.
