Today marks halfway of the 30 day challenge! This challenge is definitely flying by though it was a pretty simple and easy day for me.
My diet was as follows:
Breakfast: Flour-less pancakes with 2 boiled egg whites and a side of fresh strawberries.
Lunch: Grilled chicken breast in a wheat pita with a slice of low-fat mozzarella cheese. I made a small side salad with this.
Dinner: Lemon Pepper rotisserie chicken with a side of brown rice & steamed carrots.
Snacks: Mid morning snack was a cup of raspberry flavored Oikos Greek yogurt and mid afternoon snack was an apple with 2 tbsp of peanut butter.
For my daily exercise, I made a trip to the gym and did sprinting/jogging intervals on the treadmill. I was pretty worn out so I went home and relaxed for the rest of the day! One more day till my due date and I am so ready to get use BodyRock exercises and hitting to get my abs back!
