30 Day Challenge: Day 18,19 & 20

Day 18, 19 and 20 Day 18 was a hectic day for me; I woke up early to do the Challenge because I had to work a double. I worked from 7:30am to 10pm so had no time to write. Saturday’s workout was hardcore, every move used the equalizer/dip station and they were all challenging. My legs were dead by the end of my day, the “Bulgarian Leg Lift” worked my legs and working on my feet all day added to my soreness. Yesterday was a rest day and Super Bowl Sunday which worked out well with my schedule. I worked during the day and got off just in time to watch the Super Bowl. I went to my friend’s house for a Super Bowl party and like all Super Bowl parties the food was decadent and in abundance. I ate pretty healthy for a Super Bowl party; I had a veggie burger and snacked on veggies and tortilla chips. The one thing I did indulge in was a vegan red velvet cupcake and it was delicious. Since I had that cupcake I knew I would have to hit the Challenge workout hard the next day. Today I woke up and was a little sluggish from having so much fun last night. I knew I was in for it when I saw Melissa. Starting with “Push-up + Squats” was tough, push-ups are always challenging for me and I was super tired after the first minute. “Push Back Push-ups” was another hard move that I could tell was working my abs and shoulders. After the first round I done, I kept going but it was hard for me to finish. I had more energy after this workout but I could definitely tell during the workout that I was more tired than usual and I blame it on the cupcake. To make up for eating the cupcake I ate super healthy today, I will not be taken down by a frosting covered mini-cake.

We want you to start your fitness journey with us as quickly as possible, that’s why we send every package to the USA via 2 day expedited shipping with our partners at FEDEX. Once your order is received and processed, it’s just 2 days to get to you once it leaves our warehouse. That’s our commitment and we stand by it.


We ship within Canada and the United States via FedEx with expedited 2-Day shipping.

For locations outside of the US and Canada, we ship using FedEx International, which is usually in transit for 5-7 business days, depending on location.

We ship all of our physical products with FedEx, from our warehouse location in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Signatures are required on all orders.

Returns & Exchanges

BodyRock Equipment

We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. To request a refund on physical product purchases, please contact us.

Digital Products

We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.
