30 Day Challenge: Day 21

Day 21 After yesterday’s killer workout from Melissa I was delighted when I saw we were going to be learning a dance and doing some relaxing yoga. I like how the DailyHiit spices up our Challenge every once in awhile by having a dance/yoga day. I found the dance routine sexy and fun to learn. Last time we learned a dance I performed it  for my boyfriend when he got home from work. I can’t wait to show him the new dance from today’s Challenge, he will definitely find it super sexy. I love how the dance used different levels, part of the dance we were on the floor and another part we were bending.  With sexy hair flips and back bridge moves this dance is definitely a dance to do for your significant other. After the dance we moved on to some relaxing yoga. The routine today had deep stretches and my muscles needed those stretches after yesterday’s tough workout. I may not be as flexible as Teisha, but I still try to go deep into every stretch. Teisha is an incredible yoga teacher and makes we want to do more yoga to become more flexible.  My favorite stretch today was the deep lunge stretch that really worked my quad. I have been sticking to the meal plan and wondering how everyone else is feeling with only 9 days left. I can’t believe we are so close to the end. I have been craving smoothie’s everyday and making such delicious blends with protein powder, banana, mangoes and super greens. We haven’t seen Rita in a few days so I think tomorrow will be a workout with Rita. We are so close to the finish line so hang in there and until tomorrow stay strong and stay fit.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Canada and the United States via FedEx with expedited 2-Day shipping.

For locations outside of the US and Canada, we ship using FedEx International, which is usually in transit for 5-7 business days, depending on location.

We ship all of our physical products with FedEx, from our warehouse location in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Signatures are required on all orders.

Returns & Exchanges

BodyRock Equipment

We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. To request a refund on physical product purchases, please contact us.

Digital Products

We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.
