30 Day Challenge Day 25 - Give It A Fair Chance

I haven't done any of the dance or yoga videos up to this point.  They didn't work for my lunchtime workout routine, so I never tried them.  Today I decided to give them a fair chance.  Brooke & Teshia are providing something valuable, & I don't want to dismiss that.  Part of the challenge, as I see it, is to try things I would not normally do.  It's hard for me to slow down and relax, but these videos let me do that. The Day 25 dance routine was easy to follow since it was very simple ballet moves.  I honestly enjoyed it, especially the stretching.  The yoga video was a nice refresher about sun salutation.  Overall, the two videos gave me a great stretch, which felt amazing.   Each could be used for warm-up/cool-down routines.  Neither is a workout if you are comparing them to our usual HIIT routines, but I think that is the point.  We get 4-5 intense workouts a week.  Our bodies need rest, and stretching!
