30 Day Challenge: Day 27

Day 27 This morning when I woke up I felt ready for the day. It was one of those days I was excited for, I felt like I could take on the world and grateful for everything in my life. I enjoyed some oatmeal and coffee before taking on today’s workout. Melissa greeted us with some welcomed humor this morning and I enjoyed her playful and positive attitude. It didn’t mean she was going to be easy on us, but I was ready for whatever she had to bring since yesterday was our rest day. I had a lot of energy this morning and good thing I did because our Challenge started with “Pendulum” a kick out move that was the hardest move for me. This move worked my legs and my booty and seemed to get harder each round. We had no rest today instead we did “side to side hops” for 10 seconds in between moves. I felt strong and confident I could complete this workout and I did, maybe it had something to do with Melissa’s playful energy. After my workout I fueled my body with a smoothie. I love smoothies because they are fast and give you everything I need. I never get sick of them either because you can always make them different so you never get tired of the same one. How have you liked this Challenge? Do you feel like you see a change in the way you look or feel? Do you like how each day is different than the last? I enjoy that every day is different and that each workout targets different body parts and I been seeing results due to this. Only 3 days left, see you all tomorrow.   Special Bonus! Here is the recipe to the smoothie I made today: ½ cup frozen strawberries ½ cup frozen mango 1 banana 2 scoops of Protein Powder 1 small scoop of Super Greens (powder) 1 ½ cup almond milk Blend on high for 2 minutes and enjoy.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Canada and the United States via FedEx with expedited 2-Day shipping.

For locations outside of the US and Canada, we ship using FedEx International, which is usually in transit for 5-7 business days, depending on location.

We ship all of our physical products with FedEx, from our warehouse location in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Signatures are required on all orders.

Returns & Exchanges

BodyRock Equipment

We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. To request a refund on physical product purchases, please contact us.

Digital Products

We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.
