30 Day Challenge Day 27 - Shoulder Death

Day 27!!  I can't believe there are only 3 more workouts in this challenge.  So far, my biggest positive change is that I am consistently working out again.  I've said before that if I were strictly following the nutrition guide, I know I'd have drastic results, but I'm not.  However, my pants are fitting looser! Today's workout was fun, and it killed my shoulders!  I did not do active rest, because I like logging reps, & planned to jump rope afterward. Workout Breakdown Video 4 Exercises - 3 Rounds Timer: Set 12 rounds of 50 seconds of work + 10 seconds of active rest What you Need > Sand Bag (I used a set of 8 lb dumbbells, but this could be done bodyweight) > Timer 1) Pendulum 70 - 60 - 61 2) Power Blumpkin Walk (= 4 crab walks + 4 crab toe touches) 6+2 walks - 6.5 - 6 3) Low Step Back (=a weighted squat into a backward lunge, staying low the entire time) 20 - 20 - 21 4) Wall Touches (= plank, alternating touching the wall with your hands) 35 - 36 - 32 I followed this with 16 minutes of jump rope (4 Tabata sets.  1 Tabata interval = 8 rounds of 10 sec rest + 20 sec work for a total of 4 min per set) How did you like Day 27?  What changes have you noticed in yourself so far?
