Day 28: Yoga with Teisha Today’s Challenge was perfect for my sore muscles. After the Challenge yesterday I went for a 5 mile run so today my entire body is sore. It felt so good to stretch out my muscles and do this short yoga session. Teisha focused on making the moves flow together and I enjoyed this fluid routine. She always brings such a calm, relaxed vibe to her yoga sessions and it makes the yoga even more relaxing. Do you have a daily fitness routine? During this Challenge I have been trying to keep my routine the same everyday to keep on track for this Challenge. Today like most other days during this Challenge, I woke up fueled my body with oatmeal and a cup of black coffee and when my breakfast had digested I started my Hiit workout. If you have a routine I think it helps you stay consistent with finishing workout programs that you start. Once you have completed one workout program or Challenge it makes you want to take on more challenges and push yourself even further. I may be preaching to the choir but I think it’s important to show yourself you can stick with something you start. Have you been thinking about what fitness program you are going to do after this Challenge? How exciting that the Challenge is almost complete and the future is looking very bright. I encourage everyone to take a couple after photos so you can really see your results. A lot of times you don’t see your progress because you see yourself everyday but an after photo shows you the hard work you have completed. I really can’t believe there is only 2 days left of this Challenge. I have a feeling that the last two days are going to be killer and I’m pumped to finish them with strength and determination.
