30 Day Challenge - Day 28: Yoga & A Bonus Workout

I was excited that today was a yoga routine.  At the end of the day I still had to workout, but felt lazy.  By the time I was done with the yoga video, I felt energized.  I came up with a quick body weight routine that can be done anywhere you feel comfortable rolling on the ground.
