30 Day Challenge Day 29 - Awesome Oblique Burn

I can't believe tomorrow is the end of this 30 Day Challenge!  I'm a tiny bit sad it's ending, but plan to either repeat it, or repeat workouts from my workout log.  What are you going to to do? Halfway through today's workout I slightly regretted my bonus workout last night, which left my obliques a bit sore this morning.  Despite that, Day 29 was a really tough, fun workout!  I loved the Superman power ups. Workout Breakdown Day 29 Video What You Need > Timer only (or just follow the video) > Set your timer for 10 sec active rest (mountain climbers) and 50 seconds of work, 12 rounds (3 rounds of 4 exercises = 12 timer rounds) 1) Spiderman Kick Through 8.5 - 9 - 7 2) Frogs 19 - 15 - 16 3) Superman Power Ups 10 - 9.5 - 10 4) Rope Pulls 62 - 59 - 66 How did you do??
