30 Day Challenge Day 3 Holy Shish Kabob!!!!

Photo on 14-01-17 at 7.45 AM #4 I didn't think I would survive day 3! My gosh! I am sweating like a pig! Those double knee ups were much more challenging then they sounded. I was relieved to see Melissa taking breaks. It's nice to see the trainers struggle sometimes. It shows just how exceptional the workout is! For the elbows up, I did one arm at a time. I managed to do both for the first couple, but that was about all I could handle. I used to have amazing balance. I could balance one leg on an unstable surface forever, but now I fall over standing on two feet with a solid surface. I am not sure if it has anything to do with my pregnancies. Having to adjust to my new weights, but that is my theory. That or aging. Anyways, the Spiderman Swings require a certain amount of balance, which I just don't seem to have anymore. I can just imagine how ridiculous I must have looked while attempting them. Arms and legs flailing while I try not to fall on my face. It's funny in my head! Despite my clumsiness, I did get a good burn/workout. My whole body feels like it has been worked. What about you? How did you do today? Are you sticking to a healthy diet? It makes all the difference in the world when you stick to real food! Not only will you see a difference in your body, you will feel the difference. I have more energy, a clearer head and a much more positive attitude. Food is key. You are stronger then your cravings! On my menu for today is: Breakfast: Left over chicken from last nights dinner, with sautéed kale Image Lunch: Tuna sandwiches made with this yummy grain free sourdough bread I baked yesterday, along with fresh veggies Image 1   Dinner: My husband took out pork, so maybe stir fry. We ship within Canada and the United States via FedEx with expedited 2-Day shipping.

For locations outside of the US and Canada, we ship using FedEx International, which is usually in transit for 5-7 business days, depending on location.

We ship all of our physical products with FedEx, from our warehouse location in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Signatures are required on all orders.

Returns & Exchanges

BodyRock Equipment

We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. To request a refund on physical product purchases, please contact us.

Digital Products

We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.
