30 Day Challenge: Day 30!

Day 30 We just completed the Catching Fire 30 day Challenge. Congrats, you deserve a pat on the back and a giant bear hug. Way to go, you just proved that you are a finisher, you don't quit and you are mentally strong. If you were unable to finish this Challenge, don't get down on yourself there will always be another challenge to take on and complete. When I saw Rita this morning we both knew it was the last day of the Challenge it was a little bittersweet. I'm stoked by the fact that I have completed this Challenge but also a little sad it's over because I was really getting into it. My legs are killing me after the last workout, especially my quads. They were already sore from yesterday's Hiit but now they are spent. I am happy to go out with a bang with the last 2 days being very intense. My favorite move today was “Around the World” because I could feel my abs working real hard. I loved how each of these moves worked almost every muscle in my body in such a short amount of time. Rita finished this Challenge with heart and commitment and I am a fan of hers now too. I have enjoyed this Challenge, at times it tested me and at times I was tired and didn’t want to do the workout but I hung in there. Congrats again to everyone who completed this tough Challenge. What workout program or new challenge are you going to take on next? What’s your next step after finishing this Challenge? I am going to continue to go to the DailyHiit.com and work out with Lisa and everyone else. I am also thinking about training for a half marathon. Make a new goal for yourself because you have just proved you are champion.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Canada and the United States via FedEx with expedited 2-Day shipping.

For locations outside of the US and Canada, we ship using FedEx International, which is usually in transit for 5-7 business days, depending on location.

We ship all of our physical products with FedEx, from our warehouse location in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Signatures are required on all orders.

Returns & Exchanges

BodyRock Equipment

We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. To request a refund on physical product purchases, please contact us.

Digital Products

We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.
