30 Day Challenge: Day #4

  Today is day 4 of the 30 day BodyRock Challenge. I had a very productive day as I have entered the "nesting" mode. Started my morning off with a 30 minute run and then worked on my son-to-be's nursery all day. I took the rest of the day off to relax a bit! My food diary is as follows: Breakfast: Same ole thing I always have and it never fails: my banana nut oatmeal. Lunch: Salmon salad with a sweet potato on the side. Dinner: I made spicy baked cornish hens again (we love poultry in this house) with a side of my spinach, strawberry, & feta salad. Snacks: 2 fresh kiwis for my mid morning snack and 1 tbsp peanut butter with Greek yogurt for my mid afternoon snack. I love this challenge and the guide that comes along with it. I am anxious and  excited to see the results since I will be doing this through birth as  I am due in two short weeks! So far, I feel strong and sexy! I noticed my body is changing and still growing. I am so ready to see what it will look like postpartum and how I can transform myself back into my pre-pregnancy body-or even a body version!
